Once we are contacted, we will set up the initial consultation. We will explain how the process works and answer any questions you may have. We will inquire and collect your prescription, explore all your vision and lifestyle needs, and map out the pairs of eyewear you need. You don’t have to leave work or the comfort of your home; this meeting takes place virtually, so you can continue with your day without interruption.
Choose Your Frames
Instead of driving all over town or ordering your frames online, we display our collections on our website, where you can browse for your favorites. Once you’ve narrowed it down, you can create a wishlist of 10 frames you would like your optician to bring for you to try on, and book your appointment.
Fitting Appointment
Your first in-person meeting with your optician. Try on the frames, see how they fit, and feel. Choose the ones you like. Your optician will go over frame fittings and recommend the optimal lens solutions and enhancements based on your prescription and lifestyle needs. Once your optician has your prescription, frame selections, measurements, lens choices, and payment, your optician will put it all together to place your order.
Dispensing Appointment
Once your custom glasses are ready, we contact you for the dispensing appointment. Your optician will present your new eyewear and make any needed fitting adjustments, ensuring they fit you perfectly.
