Lens Warranty & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

We guarantee 100% accuracy in accordance with ANSI standards on all prescriptions, or they will be remade at no charge.

All prescription eyeglasses, before the dispensing appointment with Bay Area Mobile Opticians, undergo a stringent quality-control hand inspection.

In the unlikely event that an error makes it through our system, we will promptly and courteously remake the lenses to our 100% accuracy standard.

We understand that there may be times you want to change the prescription. For Doctor Redo, within 6 (six) months, a lens credit of 40% of the original lens cost will be applied to the cost of any new lenses ordered.

We offer a one-year warranty for our Anti-Reflective Coating and Premium Anti-Reflective Coating. This warranty allows a one-time replacement due to scratching or peeling under normal use. If damage seems to be due to abusive use, corrosive chemicals, overheat or any other similar reason, then credit will not be granted. The replacement lenses must be of the same prescription and material as the original. 

Progressive lenses and Polycarbonate lenses are warrantied for non-adapt for a period of one month from the original dispensed date. 

In the event that the client is unable to adapt to a progressive lens order within 30 days of the dispensed date, Bay Area Mobile Opticians will offer a pair of non-progressive lenses (i.e., Single Vision, Bifocal, or Trifocal), at no charge. 

If the Patient is non-adaptable to Polycarbonate lenses, Bay Area Mobile Opticians will remake a pair of CR-39 lenses at no charge within 30 days of the dispensed date.
